gym equipment great gesture street access smoking area
the staff at the lower lobby guided me to the main lobby for check-in. the gesture was nice. the gym features four running machines and other equipment. i also found the gym staff polite and cute.
the hotel is difficult to reach from the street. i was disappointed about the lack of a designated smoking area.

I found a great variety of food at the breakfast buffet. The premier club twin room was also very nice. The receptionist customer services was excellent and made me welcome.
The handshower broke early in the morning and disrupted my sleep. The duvet was also torn in some places.

the hotel's location was a highlight. it was convenient to many shopping areas. my room was nice. the guest relationship manager patty was very friendly and provided good service.
the elevators took a long time. also, whenever you find one it was full of people.

helpful staff kind service
i remember nam, moey, fah, and moethi showed kindness during my time there. they helped me with my bags and arranged a taxi so easily to the airport. the room had a tub and walk in shower, so special.

a wonderful escape!
central location delicious buffet really good care pleasant walk
The location proved very nice. i could easily reach platinum mall for shopping. centralworld was just a short, pleasant walk. the breakfast buffet featured a halal spread. It was good and catered perfectly to my needs. golf, from the concierge, provided really good care and assistance. he even offered to watch over my daughter while she worked in the lobby cafe.
the new lift system caused slight delays during peak times. i sometimes waited several minutes.

lovely view great location friendly staff dimly lit room small toilet bad reception
The room had a lovely view from a high floor. The hotel location is great across from Platinum Mall. Ryan from the breakfast buffet was great to our requests he.
The room was dimly lit I stayed in. The toilet was very small it was not comfortable. The television reception was very bad it would go blank often.
